I think that in the future someone from Africa for example, could help an older person in Japan, if that person does not want a robot with too advanced AI, because is too expensive or because it too afraid of one.
By this way you could work in maybe any part of the world without you being physically there.
Imagine how big will be the workforce market then.
A smart person that is not fit for working on orbit, may control an android there, to do some work, imagine how well paid will be that person!
A gamer may control a real robot or android on the real battlefield and be paid by the army. How great is that?
Some advanced data transfer technology will lower the lag, so a doctor from any place of Earth, could operate a patient that is even at 10.000 km away. How cool is that if you don’t have the money to go there?
Watch here how guy in a VR game is preparing some food.
Today is just a game, but imagine how this will be in 10-20 years, what graphic will have and how he will use his hands and haptic gloves, not controllers to prepare real food for someone in other country!
Don’t be afraid of the future, embrace it!
