I’m sure that every smart man would understand that a corporation that has 2.000.000 employees for example, can’t risk it’s existence to hire another 500.000 only to do a good deed.
If the company get’s bankrupt and those 2.500.000 don’t find a place to work, that would made a bigger problem not only for the state but also for all those people.
No normal boss can feel pleasure when fires a good employee.
Yes, is bad to not having a job, but companies will continue to hire people after the robots and AI revolution will continue, they will still need people, someone must observe the robots and control some robots from far away, because not all the things can be done by robots.
New jobs will always be created, because we will become cyborg and we will continue to be useful.
Companies fires people because profits get lower or if they consider that can make the same money with less people.
