Some time ago I saw a documentary, that in 2020 USA will have a special engine capable of obtaining high speeds, closer to the speed of light, by using antimatter.
Today technology obtains antimatter very slow and is not enough to reach even the closest solar system.
But with the help from smart people and artificial intelligence, I’m sure will be created ways to obtain it faster and maybe to find even a better way to propel the starships.
Artificial intelligence and advanced related to hardware, normal and quantum computing, will make Star Trek Enterprise supercomputer a reality.
What would be more pleasant than to talk with a very smart program that never gets bored about the subjects that you like and learn new things while doing this and maybe even to make some discoveries?
